"I’ve been with the company for almost 2 years now and I would never recommend working for this company. It’s more of a sales pitch than a retail store. They push employees to get customers to sign up for a credit card and employees just get a pat on the back for it. No compensation for hard work, the company only gets richer. Management expects a lot from you but with very little pay. It is very easy to make friends and everyone helps each other out. I would say it’s a great place if you were working part time, but full time is a waste of time and money. Since the pay is so low, it’s not enough to live off, you would need another job."
