"I've worked for TJ construction for my senior year summer at college and was pleased with the work. Even though I was mostly a laborer, I stepped up to the plate to take care of more experienced jobs when needed. The atmosphere was great and my co-workers were also. The company strives on efficient team work and communication. The owner of the whole company is very nice and sees the best in people. I was hired simply by talking to him and showing my ambition."
