"Unless something drastic happens I would not recommend this environment to anybody"

What don't you like about working at Tivoli Software?

"Endless chaos, very bad communications, volatile environment, non existent trust, non existent engineering base - purchasing ordering parts without documentation, if you try to built the system, manager gets suspicious what your intentions are for some reason"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Employees are not your enemies, treat them that way, support people who are trying, you will benefit from it, support and use employees talents"

"Only the sales people can move up. Everyone else is disposable to them."

What do you like about working at Tivoli Software?

"I like engineering, so I enjoyed my drafting duties. I enjoyed my co-workers and the people in the factory were very helpful."

"Unless you enjoy a cut-throat, back-stabbing environment, don't even think about it."

What don't you like about working at Tivoli Software?

"The management. They don't really know what they are doing as far as math and science go. So it was pretty depressing to try to improve the systems there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None. They have a method to their madness. By disposing of employees as soon as they start to get raises, you cut labor costs. Clever."
