"I was able to learn about title search work in the courthouse and understand how a real estate transaction works."

"This company no longer exists, it went out of business several years ago."
What don't you like about working at Title Associates?
"There was no growth opportunity for me because it was a very small company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be sure to treat employees fairly and more equally. This was a small company where the owner can show favoritism and harm the morale of the employees."

"Lack of communciation between Managers - employees, guidelines would change and were not always supplied to employees."

"Weekly meetings on changes in procedures, more availability of Managers for remote employees."
