"constant changing of pay scale, too many long hours, all upper management never held accountable"

"I would stop changing the pay scale for sales personal and hold all the store managers more accountable"

"Rebuild from the top down. When district managers average length of tenure equals approx 2 to 3 months, progress can't be made."
