"Great place, great people, opportunties to show my creativity. Owners are not hesitant to reward good prerformers."
What don't you like about working at Tilt-Con?
"Post 9/11 economy hurt them badly. I suspect they may not be faring well in this economy either. I miss them all. Had economy not turned sour, I would still be there....I loved it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Ride it out. They don't need me to tell them that....they've succeeded in doing that so far."
