"Pros: - A strong base of customers over the last 25 years across some of the largest corporations in the world across verticals and global regions - Core technology is strong and compelling Cons: - Management brings a lot of baggage and is unwilling to change - Bets on past results instead of merit and ability to adapt to changing market conditions"

"Sinking ship. CEO has dropped the company ball to concentrate on his basketball team. New purge of leadership has done nothing to create stability or meet revenue numbers. Sales people are bitter and not being paid. After the acquisition by Vista, it's anyone's guess if TIBCO will still exist 2 years from now."
