"Great Company if it can get started up and implement change with its Sr. Management Team."

What don't you like about working at ThyssenKrupp Elevator?

"Sr. Management trying to run a steel mill like an Automotive Factory and their thought process will fail. They were hiring their ex former employees who had never been in a steel mill as Sr. Management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Re-group and quit building your kingdom that closed so many US Steel mills in the 1970's."
