"Tell the truth, at recruitment and keep your word, handle brown nosers and stop catering to them."

"It was a Greenfield site and I had the opportunity to develop the Safety Concept and EHS written and training programs for the site."

"Great Company if it can get started up and implement change with its Sr. Management Team."

What don't you like about working at ThyssenKrupp Elevator?

"Sr. Management trying to run a steel mill like an Automotive Factory and their thought process will fail. They were hiring their ex former employees who had never been in a steel mill as Sr. Management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Re-group and quit building your kingdom that closed so many US Steel mills in the 1970's."
