3.4I would say that it is an average place to work, but does not seem to have much in the way of advancement opportunities. I would like to see that change the most. Also no matter your education the only thing that matters there is time with them.
3.7There are really terrific people acquired by this company and they provide great benefits. Communication between teams is decent but could use a bit more harmonious collaboration and direction.
Benefits start immediately and the time of benefit is good, but hard to take as the workload for leaders is greater than the time available. Leaders tend to make you feel like taking the time is not really good for the company.
