"There are really terrific people acquired by this company and they provide great benefits. Communication between teams is decent but could use a bit more harmonious collaboration and direction. Benefits start immediately and the time of benefit is good, but hard to take as the workload for leaders is greater than the time available. Leaders tend to make you feel like taking the time is not really good for the company."

"Excellent company with great enviroment."
"do not recommend. They do not value people here, only profits."
"Good company to work for."
"Nice facility, with state of the art tools and technology. Constantly striving to streamline processes. Co-workers were educated and knowledgeable. As a contractor I was not allowed ownership of any of my work, and was constantly looking for more work to do. Management understaffed, my direct supervisor was constantly off-site."
"I have been there for over 3 years and enjoyed my position very much but there was too much office politics that were not addressed by the top manager. It is probably the main contributing factor in why many people are leaving as opposed to continuing to tolerate certain people's behavior."
"Thyssenkrupp is a diverse company based in Germany with many opportunities. Unfortunately no opportunities currently exist in the Chicago area which is a relocation goal."
"Great company but I am seeking something different with more room to grow."
"I would say that it is an average place to work, but does not seem to have much in the way of advancement opportunities. I would like to see that change the most. Also no matter your education the only thing that matters there is time with them."
