What do you like about working at ThruPoint?

"I still work at THRUPOINT when they have work. They only contract and are slow at times during the year. The people are great I have worked for at THRUPOINT."

"Yes it is a great company make sure you can afford to be off. SAVE YOUR MONEY for the downtime"

What don't you like about working at ThruPoint?

"The downtime. It is hard to stay focused with no pay when you are off. I need to stay working during the year"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To keep employees find more work and this company will have some excellent Engineers for a long time"

"I do not like to work as contarct and they are contractor company worked for them only short time -and would to be full time ."
