What don't you like about working at Thomson West?

"Thomson is still a good 'ole boys club. It is difficult to rise to the top with all of the political landmines. And while some of the employees are highly gifted, the monetary rewards and longevity of career tend to be geared to the dishonest."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more respectful of employees. Do not burn and churn the representatives and operate ethically."
