What do you like about working at Thomson West?

"A very safe, stable environment. Even employees there for five years are still rookies."

What don't you like about working at Thomson West?

"There is opportunity, however, you're disadvantaged if you don't have both an MBA and a JD. Most of the marketing leadership are not true marketers and come from practice experience. Which, is nice, but by nature, attorneys are not very creative or strategic."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take some more risks, think out of the box. Competition is growing stronger."
