"True open door policy; Great communications; Nobody worked with blinders on concerning their positions; Always will to teach and learn; A great deal of respect no matter who you were."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"No, because those I interviewed with were all part of the piping divisions. Then one Vice President that I had the most interaction with from Thomas & Betts (Jim Clark) and who offered me the position in Memphis has since retired."

What don't you like about working at Thomas & Betts?

"On a personal side there was nothing. The only disenchanting item was the selling off of the piping business. If that hadn't happened I would still be there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue to involve those you supervise in as much as possible. It can only be beneficial to you and the organization. Continue the full circle communications environment. Be open, honest and helpful."
