"THINK lied to me about my available rate of pay, they menaced me, locked me out of the workplace to enforce their theft of 5% reduced pay."

"Although this employer broke the labor law, I ran out of time to bring charges."

"Did not get paid for hoildays. Ended up with time off and no pay. The company had ten days paid and I was not allowed to work, so I lost those days."

"Pay people for the hoildays as you charge enough for it. I know because I now pay think's bill for a contractor."

"sweatshop, everyone gets fired eventually,"

"they have all been recently demoted. should've been fired"

What do you like about working at Think Resources?

"They will help get you the job, and compensation. I had no problem working with them at all. Communication and functionality as a local company was present for me at all times. They are just like any other employer, if you fit the need, you as an individual needs to prove it to the companies they are trying to get you hired with."

"Remember, they are just the contact for you with the contracting company, not the hiring person. You have to sell yourself to the contracting company, not to Think Resources. Think Resources gets the door open for you."

What don't you like about working at Think Resources?

"The only draw back were the benefits. They do work for employees as a contractor, but a little difficult for employees looking for more coverage for family. That is where you need to prove yourself to the contracting company that hires you to receive better benefits as an employee."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The new recruiters need to be a little more personable with the contractor person, this person does help them get their commissions and pay as well."
