"In my most recent position as a Staff Scientist with Thermo Fisher Scientific, (Carlsbad) I was involved in all aspects of manufacturing the ProtoArray™ protein microarray. This included the production of the more than 9,000 cloned human proteins from insect cell cultures, protein purification and final printing of the proteins onto the array all done using state of the art instrumentation. I also was the lead in the services program where I interacted with large Pharma customers to run assays with their serum or small molecule samples on the array. The large data sets produced from these assays were distilled down into high-quality technical reports focused on biomarker identification for our customers. This whole process was done under GMP standards in an ISO certified environment. I have expertise in quality systems and design of experiments (DOE) utilization in a V&V application."
