"Management lied to employees lots of special treatment for certain employees and supervisors not about knowing anything but complaining about more production. Also there are a few Managers and Supervisors that do more than just "work" for career advances. Promise you the world, but never delivers."

"Company management is self-absorbed and Napoleonic. Expectations are to have instantaneous success. The infrastructure that has been in place is poor, technology tools are prehistoric and limited. Much work is needed and product marketplace support is nonexistent. The monumental battle against daily employee change, morale and attitudes is undermined by management's self preservation and control issues, with unrealistic expectations mandated by management. This is an organization that can decimate an acquisition or product line in a moment's breath. Stay away."
