1.8Company management is self-absorbed and Napoleonic. Expectations are to have instantaneous success. The infrastructure that has been in place is poor, technology tools are prehistoric and limited. Much work is needed and product marketplace support is nonexistent. The monumental battle against daily employee change, morale and attitudes is undermined by management's self preservation and control issues, with unrealistic expectations mandated by management. This is an organization that can decimate an acquisition or product line in a moment's breath. Stay away.
2.4This company is poorly managed and morally challenged, as a family owned business the concern was a core group of people. Their sellers are often called upon but with little to no changes or differentiated advantages to do so; it is recommended that working for this company could not help a career in anyway and should be avoided if possible. This is a fair assessment and should be seriously considered before either doing business with or working for the products are commodities.
1.2I've worked with TPS for a little over a year, and I must say that this company is a disaster. People are fired in employee meetings and the HR department sees no problems with this. I have had things thrown at me and everyone is looking for a scapegoat when something goes wrong. This company is a sinking ship.
