"I like instructing and working in my field, and enjoyed the professionals I worked with, the company though is a client, as I was a contractor, and had no benefits, nor steady work."

"try it, maybe things are better now."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"they need more orgaization and steadily employed managers in order to facilitate the materials that they supply to their contractors, such as myself, in order for me to teach the courses they hire me to teach."
