"Unfortunately, Management is not well educated on modern business practices. They are fearful of change and revert to back-office deals. Things change on a dime and most of the Senior leaders have only had a job AT this organization. It leads to myopic thinking and bullying of new ideas. Most junior level employees are sheltered from this, so if you are just getting started or have a love of this industry, I would highly recommend that you get your feet wet here, but once you are ready to grow, be brave enough to leave."
