"Lots of politics, back stabbing, unrealistic goal setting and expectations, premature roll outs of new initiatives, too much time away from home."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get a handle on the ever increasing politics, slow down and plan properly, focus on setting realistic goals, put people in positions that are qualified. Get rid of the brown - nosers. Do not manage with fear tactics."
