"Horrible company to work, the lead tech makes schedules less than one week before the work week starts, she schedules you evenings till 10:30 to 11:00, then the very next morning at 7:00 nonstop, she hires new employees and gives them nice day shifts and leaves employees with seniority on terrible shifts and will not promote with seniority. The health insurance is a joke with such high copays and deductibles you may as well just be a cash pay. The owners don't care about the harsh treatment of employees, nor do they care of any promoting of employees with seniority. Once you sign an agreement, get ready to take lots of unfair treatment! Just saying..."
