"If you are looking to be utilized to your fullest potential then this is not the place for you! There is no growth, you will not be rewarded and be prepared to try to suqeeze in your work without being able to work any overtime."
What don't you like about working at The Horsley Co.?
"The work load! When someone quits upper management refuses to hire anyone so the workload gets put off onto other employees who are already stressed and working overtime. I am currently doing the job of 4 other employees, not including my own job duties."

"I would try to focus on giving more respect to the employees and see what I could do to return company moral"

"Nothing much really but I enjoy working with most of the employees."

"You should probably be prepared for being talked down to."

"Lack or respect from upper management. Upeer management walks all over their employees that is why most job positions here have such a high turn over rate."

"Treat your employees fairly. Don't constatnly make them take the fall for you and reward them when they go out of their way to help you and other employees when it isn't their job."
