"I've worked for C2 Group since 2017. I started as a mid-level full stack developer, but quickly rose to a senior full stack developer. The company cares a lot about its employees, and regularly has company outings involving spouses and children. Leadership does their best to keep growing and moving people forward in their careers. The company does focus a lot on CMS development, and as a developer I do not find CMS development to be challenging. I would love to work on custom applications, but those aren't what pay the bills in the agency world."
