"The company is very blue-collar with trade-offs. You are trusted to complete your work on time, however, there is very little upward mobility. The benefits are unbelievably good, but the culture is horrendous. There are zero female managers, and challenging ideas is greatly discouraged, to the point where many employees have been fired for disagreeing with senior leadership. It is the perfect place for yes men and complacency."
