"I had worked for the Beechmont Tavern for about a year and a half, and I have been very thankful for the experience I gained while employed there. The restaurant's sole proprietor and owner operate his business efficiently and with compassion for the local community. He can often be seen donating his very limited spare time towards the welfare of his city by participating in the New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce and helping to organize various events. He is fair to his employees and ultimately helps the staff get along as well as they do. If found The Beechmont Tavern to be a great place to work because it provided the ability to improve and learn skills beyond my job description; I started working there as a waiter and was taught to bartend. Additionally, the manager pays out of pocket for quality training for his employees to assist them in developing new skills, showing just how much he cares about his employees! My only reservation in recommending this job is directed towards students, sometimes you get off work late in the restaurant is busy and this can cut into study time."
