"The Allison Inn and Spa are known for being a premier 5-star destination in the heart of the wine company. It is both beautiful and relaxing. The owners passed away prior to its 10 year anniversary and the company that owns the Allison is currently under discrepancy over ownership. As wonderful as the staff is, the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities are poorly managed. The budget for preventative maintenance is wasted on outsourcing. Management expects 5-star craftsmanship from employees that have minimal training at less than standard wages. They were state of the art 10 years ago, but lack the budget to maintain their property. They are buried by expensive capital improvement projects that need immediate attention and upkeep."
