"I did like the projects that they had me on for the first two years and the talent they were able to recruit was good so there were plenty of talented people there"

"Don't interview with this company or Textron in general they are in a down turn."

"I did not like when the company became strapped for cash they stopped researching and they started contracting and laying off employees"

"I would say they need to come up with a better game plan than trying to maintain status quo. They need to expand thier brand to include mass retail such as wal mart and others like them"

"This company not only tends to the needs of the customers but also to there employee's. They offer excellent Benefit's and is a very Fair company to work for. Management is excellent. Advancement is Always opening. Other employees are great to work with, very family orientated.Excellent Days off Packages and really good Vacation Pay package. Training for operators are also excellent.I was at the company for 16 yrs in the Windsor Canada Facility, Also worked in the Avilla Indiana Plant and the Plant in Mexico. All 3 Operating Facilities are Excellent."
