"I worked for Textron Aviation since Textron acquired the Beechcraft Corporation in 2014. Healthcare plans are horrible and changes made to them are done so without consideration of any negative impacts to the employees. Your overall job satisfaction is highly dependent on the quality of your supervisor as there are no universal expectations across management."
