"Working for Texas Tech was one of the most healthy work environments that I have been in. The employees emphasized that school should always come first before the work and made sure that i was able to work and take care of my school in a healthy way. My supervisor, Dr. Andy Swift was excellent at pointing me in the right direction and making sure that my research was coming along at all times. We had weekly meetings to discuss my research over each week and he would show me what the next step would be. After some time, I was able to do the research on my own and finished my research as of last week."
