"Engineering director is very difficult to work with, demanding, and impatient. No support from other departments on projects. Some people really abuse thier authority. People have been railroaded out of there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Senior Management is unaware of what is happening on the shop floor or with personnel. Engineering Director is too hard to work with."
