"Please fill positions as people leave or else you will burn the people that remain out."

What do you like about working at TETRA Chemicals?

"My position was temporary to assist with overflow tasks resulting from the implementation of an entirely new database system and structure, but unfortunately the overflow tasks were minimal, at best so I was left with a lot of free time on my hands. What I liked about this was having the free time when an opportunity to assist and learn in other areas became available."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Always demand excellency of yourself in whatever you do, but keep your expectations reasonable and realistic."

What don't you like about working at TETRA Chemicals?

"The working environment was superficial and impersonal as most of the employees were in flux and would not be working together long. There was no real set chain of command or understood procedures which made it difficult to achieve a given task effectively and efficiently, but eventually it would get done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None, my involvement with management was minimal during the length of time I was there so therefore any opportunity for observation to gain the knowledge necessary to provide a valid and useful suggestion did not happen."
