Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"A 3.0 GPA or higher is required. Be a competent engineer, and don't be afraid to tell them you don't know an answer, you're not supposed to know them all."

What don't you like about working at GE Capital?

"Too much middle management and a feeling like people do not like you because you are outsourced college students even if you are a full time employee."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Challenge your younger engineers more, and treat them as if you actually want them to stay in the company. Otherwise there will be the new college students and a large population of retiring older people."
