What do you like about working at InnovaSystems International?
"The closeness of the company. We did a lot of functions outside of the work environment that promoted the family aspect. Where else would you see the owner of the company play for you at the Christmas party every year."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be the type that is social and works well with others. The ones that can communicate with others well will do very well."
What don't you like about working at InnovaSystems International?
"Some recognition's are lumped in with other constituencies. For example Test would have to compete with UEX and Tech Pubs for recognition."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To listen to the employees. Have a good feel of the work environment. When morale is low to take action immediately."

"3 month contract position - I loved working on the QA portion of the project which produced sales data to Kraft used in the field for a hand held device."

"Having a huge data base AC Neilsen relies on ETL based applications that are required to quickly produce results quickly."

"Like it a lot. Flexible and considerate, good environment and people."

"Not much I don't like, maybe the bonus is not as much as Qualcomm."
