"Military background is a plus. I think it is better with a aggressive approach. The Management Team is apt to hire someone that is a machine on the phones for the Inside Sales Positions at Channel Vision."

"Too many changes in higher level positions. Made it difficult to star up business moral after someone was dismissed."

"Need to identify with customers needs to increase company revenue."

"The recent changes in our corporate sales structure caused me to see a ceiling developing above me, creating an inability for me to develop my skills and move ahead."
