"Their reputation will quickly degrade if they continue their current trend of discarding skilled/trained employees. When these 3 brands came together they wanted to take the best from each company and use their success as a template. Unfortunately they instead chose to hand over management of their Field Service operations to individuals from the company with the poorest service record. I have much sympathy for my former customers, given the rapid loss of Experienced Field Reps."
