1.9 Each Tenet Facility is different and managed independently. Atlanta Medical Center has a strict structural climate. There is little team focus. The executive team are constantly blaming each other and extending the knife in the back attitude. It was sickening.

2.6 I have worked for Tenet Healthcare for over five years now, the department I work in has continuously changed and unfortunately not for the better. There is a lot of favoritism by upper management and talking about others in an unprofessional manner. This along with many positions being outsourced oversees and the head of the company not being transparent about the intentions of moving the corporate office and where the new location will be or if my department will continue to exist, have made for a stressful environment.

4.2 I worked with Tenet Healthcare for over four years. I have worked on the clinical and operations for specific markets within the clinical space. Tenet is nationwide and owns and operates hospitals, surgical centers, and physician practices. Improvements could be in Technology. They are antiquated in a lot of processes. Bringing in better technology would highly benefit Tenet Healthcare

Overview Tenet Healthcare is a company that provides delivery of health care items. It is an investor owned company that is based out of Dallas, Texas. They own and operate acute-care hospitals in 11 states as well as 90 outpatient centers in 12 states. Most of these hospitals reside in Florida, Texas and California.

Tenet Healthcare hospitals offer radiology, respiratory therapy services and other acute care services. The company was founded in 1967 by three different lawyers: Leonard Cohen, Richard Eamer and John Bedrosian. The company was originally founded with the name National Medical Enterprises. It is the second largest hospital chain in the United States.
