"TempurSealy is a publicly-traded global company. All functions are driven by corporate directives. I worked there for 9 years and my overall experience was positive. It's a very well run manufacturing company. Unfortunately, COVID-19 forced our temporary closure. Our corporate staff believes that the business demand will not return until next year. Mass layoffs have occurred, and I was part of, leaning the herd. I have great references available from my director there if needed."
