"Be prepared for a great deal of independence and personal accountability. Must be a proactive and a very good manager of your time."

What don't you like about working at Telstar Software Services?

"Very loose work environment. Not interacting with people as much as I like. When contracting with Microsoft, sometimes those customers can be extraordinarily challenging to work for. MS sponsors transfer and you lose all access and credentials, but are still under contract to finish a project. Frustrating."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Tighten up the structure a bit. Expand client base."
