"It was a laid back work from home position. It was seasonal so it did not last as long as I would have liked."

"Be patient with technical issues in the beginning. Learn the job and know how to get information from the resources provided."

What don't you like about working at TeleTech?

"The rating that was done by the customers per you could get the wrong rating depending on how many times the customer emailed in. May rate you based on someone elses performance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Respond quicker when representatives need assistance."
