"I haven't worked for sturgeon long, but the shop you work out of is critical. The North shop is awful. There is no communication and they're all about the profits and they bring in the cheapest labor they can to make a buck. The south shop on the other hand, is the complete opposite and they really care about helping you stay employed and get the training you need"
