"It is a nice place to work , but make sure that you never stop looking . They tried to give me a write up and all my work was completed on time ."
What don't you like about working at Advance America?
"I Did not like when my boss changed. He was Lazy and had me doing his job for him and also lying to the company having me to help him purchase equipment that was not needed ."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"treat everyone employee the way they want to be treated . And if that means letting an employee go because they are not following the company creed then that is correct . Employee must follow all rules and policies"

What do you like about working at Odwalla?
"Friendly atmosphere. The employees really cared about the product and the environment. I had wonderful co-workers."

"Be yourself, and I hope you enjoy juice."
What don't you like about working at Odwalla?
"Odwalla was purchased by Coca Cola and is losing it's independence."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Understand what your employees job funcions are. Be aware that each job has it's place in the company."

"I got my telecom experience there but don't have anything positive to say about the company. Employees are not allowed to think.....just do as they say!"

"Stay away!"
What don't you like about working at PHH Corp.?
"Employees need to be like stepford wives to work at PHH Mortgage. Not a great place to learn and grow."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need a total makeover!!"

"Great opportunity to learn but not grow. Ideas are not welcome!"
What do you like about working at Avis Budget Group?
"I learned quite a bit at ABG due to being short-handed. I enjoyed being able to perform a job from start to finish. It was challenging and rewarding!"
What don't you like about working at Avis Budget Group?
"My manager micro-managed which was not needed since I typically put in an additional 20 hours/week working on my own time in order to meet customers' needs. She did not treat her employees like they were competent adults but felt the need to babysit when it was not needed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Avis Budget Group needs to send their managers for training on how to become successful managers. Not everyone has that skill, especially if it is their first managing position."
