"I like being a telecom analyst because I am constantly helping the client with the management of their phone systems and learning with the people I work with, even though I don't always see them in person. The bad part about it is lack of infrastructure organization. I was working on organizing and documenting the voice and data infrastructure, however the contract will be ending soon so I won't be able to finish it."

"I am given the power and trust to make my own decisions. I constantly work with 10's and 100's of thousands of dollars on a daily basis."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Dont stay for a period surpassing 24 months. Vast knowledge to be learned but the opportunities long term are just not there."

What don't you like about working at Intelligent Bills?

"There is no structure to the relationship with the partner. The relationship is a one way street with no partnership, appreciation, or respect."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Develop your own product portfolio, network, and clientele. Partners only complicate things and use you as a scapegoat."
