"great easy to use platform. slow response time with questions. seems saturated with providers, not much work available. but obviously this will depend on number of licenses. however, used to get a about 10 consults per week but now maybe 1."
"I was working in an agile-based team as a leader of 3. I was assigned a web-based project and I was given the flexibility to choose between different technologies. Sometimes the database and servers were down so setting things up took some time. Moreover, my team members took leaves and I was often working after hours to meet deadlines. Scrum meetings, feedback, and assistance from seniors helped me learn a lot as everyone was approachable. It was a flexible work environment and I enjoyed working at my own pace and I guided the entire team towards successful completion of the project. Moreover, I learned a lot of new skills and work ethics. The entire office was really impressed with my presentation at the end of the project, and so it was a positive experience."

"Keep your ears open. It's a nice place to work if you can put up with conditions not like a typical Rails shop. They'll tell you this in the interview, so believe it when they say so!"

"There's a bit of a disconnect between management, who are sometimes a little stuck in the past, and developers, who want to move forward and be more agile."
