"Tek is a well rounded company that provides competitive salaries and reasonable insurance. As a consultant typically the pay is higher than a typical full time employee. Keep that in mind going in. With that there is also some risk involved. Keep that in mind. You definitely want to be good to great in your field before taking on this kind of job unless it's entry or novice level going in."
