"Please understand that your compensation package will change at minimum on a yearly basis and raises are very miniscule."
What don't you like about working at Tectura?
"Sr. Management, HR, Lack of Compensation. Promotions and increase in responsibility w/o increase in pay. Constant poor transition from Sales to Delivery along with strong division within certain segments of the company. Forget about ever getting a commission report correct."
