"I was hired by the past president. He was let go. They brought in a new president. He let me go without any reason besides that I was hired by the previous president. Tecta allowed him to do this to me and other co-workers not based on merit but simply based on the current president's opinion of you and or to replace you with one of his cronies regardless of merit."
