"The company is very friendly and tries to help each other out as best as they can. However, it is a huge company with at least 5 different brands underneath them so you won't meet everybody. There is a lot of work and the managers do the best that they can to give you what you need."
"The company does a great job valuing its associates in this role from afar, as this position works often independently from supervision. They provide perks such as company vehicle, gas card, paid car insurance, and the typical benefits you'd expect. There is a lot of room for growth, however, most roles outside of a sales or sales manager role will require relocation to the MidWest and East coast. If work boundaries is important to you, this role is MF 7:00am - 3:30pm with occasional changes based on business needs."
"I’ve worked for TTI for a year now, and I feel that there are many pros and cons for the company that should be shared upfront when applying and receiving an offer."
"The company is very money driven and supervisors don't listen to employees. Management and HR are a train wreck."
"I’ve worked for TTI since 2018. It is overall a great experience. I’ve learned a significant amount in the tool industry. Relationship building and Hitting goals was the key factor for my role"
"I’ve worked for Techtronic Industries since the January 2019. The company offers lots of opportunities to grow and great benefits. The work/life balance is good too. The only con is that not all of the managers are fit to manage."
"I have worked for TTI and I am grateful to them for their employment."
"I worked for TTINA for almost 10 years and probably enjoyed 90% of my job. The company was very friendly and supportive, and if there was a way for me to move up in my present location I certainly would had stayed with the company for the rest of my career. If there was a down point it would have to be with the current CEO and his push to hire only recent college graduates. He is missing a big group of wonderful candidates and experience."
