"The company is very friendly and tries to help each other out as best as they can. However, it is a huge company with at least 5 different brands underneath them so you won't meet everybody. There is a lot of work and the managers do the best that they can to give you what you need."
"The benefits this company provides are great! They have strong healthcare and retirement plans as well as decent pay, decent PTO, and the benefit of a company vehicle which they pay for gas for. However, on the downside, the work can be very unfulfilling as the first few roles you serve in are basically retail roles at Home Depots."
"The company does a great job valuing its associates in this role from afar, as this position works often independently from supervision. They provide perks such as company vehicle, gas card, paid car insurance, and the typical benefits you'd expect. There is a lot of room for growth, however, most roles outside of a sales or sales manager role will require relocation to the MidWest and East coast. If work boundaries is important to you, this role is MF 7:00am - 3:30pm with occasional changes based on business needs."
"I've worked with Techtronic Industries for almost one year now. I truly enjoy the fast pace work environment that they have to offer as well as a true opportunity to grow. They trust their employees and always give them a chance to be vocal in key decision-making situations."
"I’ve worked for TTI for a year now, and I feel that there are many pros and cons for the company that should be shared upfront when applying and receiving an offer."
"The company is very money driven and supervisors don't listen to employees. Management and HR are a train wreck."
"I worked for Techtronic Industries and it was a terrific experience. My sales and marketing background grew greatly in the job and loved who I worked with every day. I learned to talk to valuable customers face to face and my sales skills grew tremendously! I highly recommend this position."
"Great work environment, great culture and a good platform to learn and grow."
"I worked for Techtronic Industries from 2018 to 2019. It is a great company for a student out of college looking to jump right in and gain experience with sales and in field marketing."
"I worked for TTi for 9 years, starting as a Field Sales Representative and moving into the Product Management organization for Ryobi and Ridgid Power tools. While I found their physical office space less than appealing, they have since moved to new a state of the art building. TTi also offers a great opportunity for advancement."
"I’ve worked for TTI since 2018. It is overall a great experience. I’ve learned a significant amount in the tool industry. Relationship building and Hitting goals was the key factor for my role"
"Worked on both Consumer and Professional Power Tool teams for Ryobi, Ridgid and Hart brands from concept drawings/renderings to CAD modeling using Solidworks. Helped develop the visual brand language, ergonomics, and function of their products. Created color-finish-graphics documents to specify components, materials, finishes, and logos/graphics for manufacturing."
"I’ve worked for Techtronic Industries since the January 2019. The company offers lots of opportunities to grow and great benefits. The work/life balance is good too. The only con is that not all of the managers are fit to manage."
"I have worked for TTI and I am grateful to them for their employment."
"I worked for TTINA for almost 10 years and probably enjoyed 90% of my job. The company was very friendly and supportive, and if there was a way for me to move up in my present location I certainly would had stayed with the company for the rest of my career. If there was a down point it would have to be with the current CEO and his push to hire only recent college graduates. He is missing a big group of wonderful candidates and experience."
